The increase in challenge from work in KS4 to KS5 is noticeable; it is the biggest leap in your educational journey. To prepare you for this, each department has compiled some transitionary bridging tasks to expose you to the higher level of study expected at Sixth Form. These resources will allow you to prepare for the first few weeks of your new course and give you an opportunity to get used to independent study. They will also give you an idea of the content that you will be studying across the next two years. It is expected that all students complete these tasks before their first day of Sixth Form. We hope these tasks will help you build on your GCSE material and feel confident and prepared for those first few lessons in your Sixth Form subject choices.
