At Turing House we ensure all students regardless of ability and needs are given access to impartial, appropriate and useful careers advice through our careers program and one to one support from qualified career advisors. We work in conjunction with Achieving for Children to incorporate careers and lifelong learning goals into annual reviews and one to one interviews. We ensure all EHCP and SEND students are seen by a careers advisor in the lead up to post 16 and post 18 decision making. Additional support is provided through the SEND team with applications and planning.
