Turing House Sixth Form provides A level and Level 3 BTEC equivalent courses, enabling options and pathways for students to go on to Higher Education or high quality alternatives. We will do this as part of the local post-16 partnership, so some courses might be provided by other schools and colleges, and we may provide specialist courses to students from other schools too.
Our minimum entry requirements are:
- For A-Levels: Five GCSE Grades 9-5, including English and Maths, and more specific requirements for some courses, as detailed below;
- For BTECS: Five GCSE Grades 9-4.
For some students, who are not immediately ready for Level 3 education, we will offer guidance on appropriate pathways to enable them to progress to our Sixth Form or to other local Further Education partners. This may include the option to retake GCSE English and Mathematics.
