PSHCE

Intent (based on the National Curriculum for Citizenship, the PSHCE association POS, and the statutory guidance for careers and relationships and sex education (RSE)

PSHCE education enables our students to develop the knowledge, skills, and attributes they need to keep themselves healthy and safe, and prepared for life and work in modern Britain. Students will gain a breadth of understanding about relationships and sex education (RSE), health, economic wellbeing, modern Britain, and careers. We aim to help students embrace the challenges of creating a happy and successful adult life. To do this our students will gain the knowledge that will enable them to make informed decisions about their wellbeing, health and relationships and future careers. We will help them to challenge stereotypes, aim high and make successful transitions to the next stage of their life.
