Turing House School was established to serve South/West Twickenham, Fulwell, north Teddington, and surrounding areas of demand on the Twickenham side of Richmond Borough. We prioritise a portion of our places for the Whitton area.
We aim for an inclusive intake, representative of the areas we serve. Our admissions policies set out the oversubscription criteria which apply when we have more applicants than places available. In line with timetable set out in the National Admissions Code, we re-determine and publish our policies annually, in liaison with Richmond Council. Our Governing Body monitors trends in admission patterns and forecast demand for school places to ensure that Turing House continues to serve local need fairly and reasonably. Consultations on any proposed policy changes are required by law to be undertaken at least 18 months ahead of the changes coming into practice.
