If you have any worries, concerns, suggestions please follow the communication structure pictured below. If your issue cannot be resolved, it will be passed to the next person in the structure. If your contact is confidential, please mark your email as ‘private’. All staff are trained to protect information and deal with issues sensitively should it be required. Pastoral and SEND
issues: For issues that fall outside of the structures above, or where more sensitive issues may
need to be raised, you may email the school office for the attention of the PLUS team.
Site issues: For any issues related to the site such as health and safety, catering or cleaning etc, please mark your email for the attention of our School Business Manager.
IT Issues: If you or your child are having problems with our IT Systems, and the issue isn't covered by our Guide to ICT Systems page, you may mark your email for the attention of IT Support.
